SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) however this is subject to change during busy periods such as Christmas and sale periods. For customised items, please allow 10 additional days for processing. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be notified via email.

Please note, delivery times displayed at checkout are there as an indication and we cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.

If you give an incorrect address at checkout, we will not be held liable and if the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, however we do not cover shipping costs of returned or exchanged items unless they are deemed faulty.
